ORDER CUT OFF TIMES
All orders need to be placed 72 hours prior to the selected pickup time. If you require an item or catering prior to 72 hours, please email paige@andyslocalmarket.com, as we may be able to make exceptions at our discretion or suggest alternative items.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Orders canceled 72 hours or longer before the pickup date - No charge / full refund or credit on future orders.
Orders canceled 24-71 hours before the pickup date - 75% refund or no charge and full credit for future orders.
Orders canceled 24 hours or less before the pickup date- 25% refund and/ or credit on future order.
If you booked an order that was canceled by us, you will be offered a refund in full, a credit on future orders or to move your order to a new date. If you have any questions or need further assistance please call us at 415-456-5777.

FOOD ALLERGIES
While every effort is made to meet dietary requirements. We cannot make any guarantees or take responsibility for any food allergies. If you do have any food allergies, please list them in the notes section at the time of checkout.
ALCOHOL ORDERS
By ordering any wine, beer or spirits, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with any state and local laws. No wine/beer/alcohol order will be delivered or picked up unless an adult, at least 21 years of age or older, is present at the time of catering date/time specified.
